Readiness Score

Overall Score = Sum of all criterion weighted scores

Score 1–5 is converted to Score %.
Each criterion contributes based on its assigned weight.
Dimension score is the average of criteria inside that dimension.

Status Bands

Strong: ≥80%
Moderate: 60–79%
Weak: 40–59%
Critical Gap: <40%
